Education and Professional Organizations
I hold a Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Drexel University, where I completed a rigorous 1200-hour dietetic internship featuring rotations in a variety of different settings and disciplines throughout Philadelphia.
I also have a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Biology from Saint Joseph’s University, graduating from the Honor’s Program magna cum laude.
I am a proud member of the following professional organizations: the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Yoga Alliance and the Phi Beta Kappa Society.
Yoga
I am a registered yoga teacher (RYT), integrating yoga and mindfulness into my practice to promote holistic health and effective stress management. I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training through Marianne Wells Yoga School in Costa Rica, am credentialed by Yoga Alliance and have also completed a specialized adaptive and chair yoga training through Yoga Home in Conshohocken, PA. I believe in teaching people first and postures second, offering modifications for all skill and mobility levels.
